We read everything that arrives. We are small and still in development, so we will not promise you an hour or a working day we cannot honestly keep — we answer as soon as there is a real answer to give, and we would rather be slow than automatic.
If your message needs a decision we have not made yet, we will tell you that plainly rather than leaving you in silence.
What helps us answer well
Who you are and where you are writing from; what you are hoping for; and any date that matters. If you are writing about a community, tell us your part in it — we do not make things about a community without that community at the table.
