Growing with purpose

The Open Table begins with Lucid Stories, continues through Podcast, then grows into Talk and Show. This is the intended release sequence, alongside the planned rhythms and the branches that support each strand.

The Open Table blueprint

Film first. The conversation grows from there.

The intended release order is Lucid Stories → Podcast → Talk → Show. Each LPM film comes first and provides the foundation of its linked OTP episode. Without that film, the episode does not happen.

    A weekly LPM short documentary, released before its linked OTP episode. Each film can be watched and understood in its own right.

    Open Table Podcast

    One episode each week, in two parts. Part One explores the film; Part Two follows within the same calendar week, shaped by questions the guest selects.

    Monthly, in-person community sessions held by local Tables, each named for its place and developed with the people who gather there.

    A place for celebrity guests, spanning broadcast and live experiences. The final format is in development, with a quarterly rhythm being considered.

All work is in development. Weekly and monthly rhythms are the current plan; Show’s quarterly rhythm is provisional. Exact release days and launch dates are still to be confirmed.

Branches, strands and threads

Where the work belongs.

LPM has seven branches: areas of creative work. Strands are the things we make, and a strand can belong to more than one branch. This map shows those relationships; the sequence above shows the intended order of release.

The Open Table carries a shared ethos across Lucid Stories, Podcast, Talk and Show. Lucid Stories sits within Film and Television and provides the foundation of OTP. The Show connects Broadcast and Audio with Live Events and Experiences.

Strands join the map as each one is ready to be revealed, never before. The branches without one yet are where LPM is heading, not what it already runs.

A strand can belong to more than one branch. Open Table Show appears in both of its branches as the same strand. Programme details, release days and launch dates will be shared as they are confirmed.
